LAS VEGAS — Jon Jones will address the media after a potential violation in a USADA doping test that led to him being dropped from his heavyweight bout against Daniel Cormier at UFC 200.
But judging from his agent’s social media activity, it appears that Jones will likely deny the allegations when he faces the media Thursday morning.
Jones’ agent Malki Kawa responded to a Twitter user questioning Jones’ potential doping violation with a swift response that explains how Jones’ presser might go.
Jones’ presser will take place Thursday morning at 11:30 a.m. EDT at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The UFC didn’t reveal what drug Jones was tested positive for, but he still has the opportunity to prove himself innocent if the B sample from his doping test is negative.
If Jones is found guilty of the allegations, he could face a two-year ban from the UFC.
